The event may be for a certain cause or celebration, but the concept gets lost in the details of the event, like the catering, beverages and entertainment. It’s up to the Event Management Perth team to make sure the idea behind the event is always clear and concise during the plans. The budget has been broken. The budget is set for a reason – it’s the amount of money that is being set for the entire event. Once the team has gone over the budget, the trust between the client and team may be lost. The key is to be entirely transparent with money to avoid anyone being stung by hidden fees. Getting the timing wrong. On the big day of the event, timing is everything. During an event where multiple elements are at play – catering, styling, waiting and entertainment, everything needs to be critically timed and concise. Getting the timing wrong will inevitably result in a spiral of delay for the entire event.
